My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff were very polite and willing to help, I found that the older facility was in need of updates, and the strange smell in the room was off-putting. I appreciated the hotel's location near the airport, which made it convenient for travel, but the shuttle service had some significant issues. Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations.
